How does ordering work?
Choose your size, add the item to your cart, and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. The order is then sent into the made-to-order production workflow.
What size should I order?
Open the details section on each product card for garment measurements. Measure a shirt or hoodie you already own while it is laid flat, then compare the width and length. Do not use body measurements against a garment chart.
When should my order arrive?
Most orders need 2–7 business days for production before they ship. Standard US delivery is typically another 2–5 business days, so plan on roughly 4–12 business days total. These are estimates, not guarantees, and holidays or inventory delays can add time.
How is shipping priced?
Enter your US shipping address during checkout and the store requests Printify's current standard rate for the entire cart. That exact amount is added before you pay, including when products require separate fulfillment or packages.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Every item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or color, or because you changed your mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can pursue a replacement or refund.
Will everything arrive in one package?
Not necessarily. Products can be made by different Printify providers, so a multi-item order may ship in separate packages and receive separate tracking updates.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Email support immediately. Once an order enters production or ships, an address change may not be possible. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require another shipping charge.
