Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive the contact, shipping, and order information needed to process it. This can include your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, selected products, order totals, and payment status.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. Pylons Hockey does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may process your information under its own privacy policy.

Fulfillment and service providers

We share the information required to produce and deliver your order with Printify and its applicable print and shipping providers. We also use hosting and database providers to run the store and retain order records.

How we use information

• Process, fulfill, and track orders.
• Respond to support requests and resolve order problems.
• Prevent fraud, troubleshoot failures, and maintain store security.
• Meet recordkeeping or legal obligations that apply to the store.

We do not sell customer information.

Retention and your choices

We retain order information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. To ask about your information, emailkylekraft1@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the store or its providers change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
