Effective September 10, 2026.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you agree that the product, option, shipping address, and total shown at checkout are correct. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order can be canceled and refunded if it cannot be accepted or fulfilled.
Made-to-order products
Products are made after purchase. Minor differences in color, placement, and appearance can occur between a screen preview and the finished item. Review the product details and garment measurements before ordering.
Shipping
Shipping is quoted for the full cart and destination before payment. Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Items made by different providers may arrive in separate packages. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address.
Returns and order problems
Made-to-order products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email kylekraft1@gmail.comwithin 30 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue for a replacement or refund.
Store availability
Products, variants, prices, and availability can change. We may refuse or cancel an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable product, suspected fraud, or a fulfillment problem. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
